Personal Satisfaction! In this garden we positioned water hydrant standpipes conveniently to help our retired clients stay closely engaged with the cultivation of abundant hardy herbs, veggies and flowering perennial plants. The elders of a large family with plenty of home cooked meals planned, this required plenty of space for entertainment. Space for tables, raised beds, shady cover, colorful display and songbird habitat were on the menu. We added vertical gardens, soft lighting and perfumed plants to welcome the opportunity to share the culinary delights and a glass of fine wine with good friends into the evening! Our recipe for a successful design for this lovely family and their property.
